Register your LIVESCAN fingerprinting online with our easy-to-use system.
COMPLETE APPOINTMENT
Bring your government issued ID, Drivers License or Passport and your ORI#. Then arrive at your designated appointment time.
GET YOUR PRINTS
Once your fingerprints have been scanned you will receive your Transaction Control Number. You can confirm your Fingerprint in the CHAI system after 48 hours.

General Questions
Can I walk in without an appointment?
In order to serve everyone in the most efficient manor we do work by appointment only. If you walk in we will gladly schedule you an appointment for another time.
What if I don't have my documentation when I arrive?
Please be advised that we cannot process your fingerprints without valid identification. If you arrive for your appointment without the required documentation, we will need to reschedule your session and additional fees may be applied.
Do you also offer background checks?
We offer level 1 and level 2 background screening and fingerprinting. Please note, we only offer digital prints and not a physical card.
What fees are involved?
The fees for LIVESCAN fingerprinting can vary depending on your location, the type of background check required, and whether you're including state or federal processing. Here is a general breakdown for Florida:
- LIVESCAN service fee $67
- Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) fee: $24
- FBI fee (if required): Approximately $13
Where can I find my ORI number?
You can usually find your ORI number on documentation provided by your employer.
What methods of payment is accepted?
We accept cash, money order, Visa, Discover. Checks are not accepted.
